What You’ll Do:

Keep hardware, CCTV, printers, and UPS systems fully operational across HQ and branches.

Support the smooth running of commissary systems and branch network connectivity.

Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.

Contribute to new store projects and hardware upgrades.

Maintain a detailed inventory of all IT equipment under your care.

Provide network installation, customization, and troubleshooting support.

Report regularly on system, application, and network performance.

Ensure all Helpdesk tickets are resolved promptly.

Assist with cabling and provide hardware support in day-to-day operations.
Who Should Apply:

Graduates with B.Sc., BA, HND, or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Holders of A+, N+, MCT, or MCITP certifications will have an added advantage.

Candidates with excellent troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.
