This full-time leadership role in Nairobi is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and innovation. You’ll lead multiple squads that handle software engineering, architecture, and digital experience design, ensuring every digital product reflects HF Group’s commitment to excellence.
Beyond technology, you’ll shape the Group’s data strategy, driving the creation of powerful data platforms and analytics capabilities that fuel smarter business decisions. Working closely with strategy teams, you’ll strengthen HF Group’s foundation for data-driven performance and regulatory compliance.
Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams through Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
HF Group values leaders with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, ideally complemented by a Master’s in Technology or Business. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in software engineering or digital leadership—particularly within fintech or enterprise environments—is essential.
