As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the core of Glovo’s logistics operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from dispatch to delivery. You’ll manage and support couriers, analyze performance data, and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of Glovo Couriers.

  • Monitor operational performance and improve courier retention.

  • Analyze daily and weekly metrics to identify areas for optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and financial regulations.

  • Maintain courier equipment and oversee stock management.

  • Support administrative and reporting needs within the operations team.

This role also offers a creative side — you’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, streamline workflows, and directly influence how Glovo operates on the ground.

Who You Are
