As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll help drive Solvo Global’s mission of finding the right talent for the right roles. You’ll source candidates from job boards, referrals, and social media platforms while ensuring every applicant has a smooth and professional experience.
You’ll also assist in coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and supporting the HR team during job fairs and career events. This hands-on exposure gives you a real-world understanding of modern recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and have a keen eye for detail. Most importantly, you should have the drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
