About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing innovative technology solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience across I&M Bank’s digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams and vendors to ensure that every solution aligns with both business goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop architecture blueprints that define scalable, secure banking systems.

Integrate core systems, APIs, and third-party services seamlessly.

Address compliance, performance, and cybersecurity in all solution designs.

Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Work with enterprise architects and business leaders to ensure system integrity.

Assess emerging technologies for adoption within I&M Bank’s ecosystem.

Document and present technical specifications for solution implementation.
Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.

Knowledge of banking platforms, integration frameworks, and cloud technologies.

Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
