KCA University (KCAU) is looking for a passionate and skilled Administrator – Campus Services to join its Western Campus team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day campus operations, maintaining high facility standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Role Summary
As the Campus Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics, overseeing campus facilities, managing transport services, and creating an efficient, student-friendly environment. You will also ensure that campus operations align with the university’s mission of academic and service excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to keep facilities in top condition.

Manage transport services and ensure vehicles comply with insurance and inspection standards.

Maintain efficient office administration systems for smooth operations.

Provide high-level customer care and service to students, staff, and visitors.

Prepare reports and projections for resource planning and management decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or Business Management.

A Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, logistics, or related fields.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
