Role Overview

As the Capacity Sharing and Learning Advisor, you will lead the process of fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the WHH program.

You will:

  • Create and promote a learning culture across teams and partner organizations.

  • Coordinate an online learning platform to enhance knowledge exchange.

  • Guide country offices in implementing Outcome Harvesting and MEAL frameworks.

  • Support program management in budget tracking, reporting, and evaluation coordination.

  • Organize annual reviews and learning workshops that align with WHH’s global standards.


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Evaluation, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, learning facilitation, or MEAL.

  • Experience working in diverse cultural contexts within the Global South.

  • Skilled in data-informed decision-making and advocacy for social change.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
