Role Overview
As the Capacity Sharing and Learning Advisor, you will lead the process of fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the WHH program.
You will:

Create and promote a learning culture across teams and partner organizations.

Coordinate an online learning platform to enhance knowledge exchange.

Guide country offices in implementing Outcome Harvesting and MEAL frameworks.

Support program management in budget tracking, reporting, and evaluation coordination.

Organize annual reviews and learning workshops that align with WHH’s global standards.
Your Profile

Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Evaluation, or related discipline.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, learning facilitation, or MEAL.

Experience working in diverse cultural contexts within the Global South.

Skilled in data-informed decision-making and advocacy for social change.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
