In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s people strategy, managing recruitment from start to finish and supporting the professional growth of employees through training programs. From developing job descriptions to facilitating onboarding, every task you handle will directly impact organizational success.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify training gaps, design learning plans, and evaluate the impact of each initiative. This role is ideal for someone who’s both detail-oriented and people-driven, with a passion for helping others grow.
Your Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire recruitment cycle — posting jobs, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate induction sessions for new staff.

Manage training programs, schedules, and feedback reports.

Ensure HR records are accurate and compliant with labor laws.

Collaborate with the Director on talent retention and career progression strategies.
What You’ll Need:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related area.

CHRP certification is an advantage.

2–3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High integrity and professionalism.
