Are you a creative communicator with a passion for learning, reflection, and global collaboration? Christian Blind Mission (CBM) is inviting applications for the position of Learning and Adaptation Specialist in Nairobi, Kenya.
This full-time role focuses on strengthening CBM’s learning culture by embedding reflective practices, building staff capacity, and transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll play a central role in helping teams across countries use knowledge effectively to improve program outcomes.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Facilitating cross-country learning through events like Global Learning Forums and Pause and Reflect sessions.

Designing and managing knowledge products, including digital learning tools and visualization platforms.

Translating complex findings into clear, impactful narratives and stories.

Training and mentoring teams to apply learning insights to strategies and decision-making.

Supporting change management and integrating learning outcomes into fundraising efforts.

Tracking metrics that measure how learning influences strategic direction.

Representing CBM in global meetings and collaborations with international partners.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

A Master’s degree in Communications, Learning, International Development, or related fields.

Strong experience in facilitating learning and creating strategic communication tools.

Experience in capacity building, knowledge sharing, and event facilitation.

Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, with French or other languages being an advantage.

A demonstrated commitment to Christian values and CBM’s inclusive mission.
