The company is recruiting for a Regional Vice President of Operations to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of hotels across the African continent.
About the Role
In this senior leadership position, you’ll lead regional operations to ensure optimal performance, brand consistency, and profitability. You’ll collaborate closely with General Managers and corporate leaders to maintain world-class guest experiences and operational standards.
Your core duties will include:

Leading and mentoring hotel General Managers across the region.

Driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and quality assurance.

Overseeing business development and expansion initiatives.

Managing relationships with hotel owners, partners, and key stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.

Acting as a brand ambassador at local and regional events.
Who Can Apply
To qualify, you’ll need:

10–15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with multi-property oversight.

Proven success in regional or corporate-level hotel operations.

A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).

Hands-on experience working in African markets.

Excellent communication, analytical, and financial management skills.
