Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute alumni activities, including Knowledge Series sessions and networking events.

Coordinate event logistics—such as booking venues, catering, and guest management.

Manage alumni records, ID issuance, and updates on the Strathmore Connect platform.

Collect feedback and compile reports to improve engagement strategies.
Who Can Apply
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications, with at least two years of work experience in event planning, administration, or alumni relations.
If you are organized, proactive, and love creating memorable experiences, this role is perfect for you! Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools are essential.
