The Role at a Glance
As Head of School, you will be the chief driver of vision and performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Education Officer and CEO, you will oversee all aspects of the school, from academics to operations, with a focus on student outcomes and long-term growth.
Your leadership will involve:

Guiding school strategy through development and annual improvement plans.

Supervising finance, HR, and operational teams for maximum efficiency.

Leading and developing senior school leaders and academic staff.

Skills and Experience Required
Candidates should bring:

A degree and postgraduate qualification in education or leadership.

10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in international school leadership.

Experience in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and change management.

A strong track record of improving student outcomes and school performance.

High-level communication, adaptability, and team-building skills.
