Your Role in Driving Maritime Excellence
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring seamless ship agency operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating a team of ship agents and administrative staff.

Building operational efficiency through SOPs and compliance with industry best practices.

Acting as the primary contact for key clients and stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.

Coordinating with port authorities, customs, and terminal operators to ensure vessels are managed smoothly.

Managing financial aspects including cost control, budgeting, billing, and revenue generation.

Overseeing risk management and compliance with international maritime conventions.
