As a trusted advisor to the Nursing Division, you’ll provide HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, strengthen performance, and align with the hospital’s patient-first mission.
Your Impact Will Include:

Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and talent optimization.

Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Guiding performance management cycles to ensure accountability and growth.

Advising on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Overseeing benefits administration and pay structures.

Ensuring compliance with Kenyan labor laws and CBAs.

Supporting training, development, and succession planning initiatives.

Mentoring HR staff while serving as a role model in ethical HR practice.
What We’re Looking For:

A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.

IHRM membership with valid certification.
-
5–8 years’ HR experience, including HRBP-level leadership.

Union relations and grievance-handling expertise.

Strong HRIS and data reporting skills.

Emotional intelligence, integrity, and adaptability in healthcare settings.
