Your Role in the Team
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Design recruitment strategies that align with Xiaomi’s business plans.

Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.

Improve recruitment processes to make them more efficient and effective.

Provide industry insights and talent market intelligence to guide business decisions.

Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and create sustainable hiring solutions.

Build a strong talent pool to support Xiaomi’s growth in Kenya and beyond.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who brings:

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HR, business, or a related discipline.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Previous recruitment experience across diverse job functions.

Experience in headhunting is a plus.
