Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Coordinating transport requirements with multiple departments.

Contracting and assessing local transportation resources.

Allocating vehicles for safari trips and airport transfers.

Overseeing vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver allowances.

Following up on servicing, garage reports, and log sheets.

Monitoring safari programs during client visits.

Ensuring all transport data is updated in the company system.
What You’ll Bring:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in transport/logistics—tourism industry experience preferred.

A diploma or degree in Transport & Logistics, Tours & Travel Management, or a related field.

Strong computer skills and IT knowledge.

Analytical problem-solving skills and flexibility.
