Africa Safari Trips is seeking a Quotations Officer in Nairobi—an exciting role for professionals passionate about tourism and precision. In this position, you’ll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring that every safari package is priced right and every itinerary is flawless.
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Reviewing proposals and ensuring accuracy in supplier rates, park fees, and activity pricing.

Acting as the knowledge hub for the sales team with up-to-date information.

Amending itineraries and applying discounts or surcharges when necessary.

Tracking unpaid confirmed bookings and ensuring correct room setups in the system.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

At least 2 years’ experience as a quotations officer or accountant in the tourism sector.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tours and Travel Management.

Strong analytical and math skills with keen attention to detail.

Knowledge in accounts or bookkeeping—an added advantage.
