About the Role
The Business Development Manager will take charge of expanding AAR’s retail insurance footprint, focusing on innovative products that meet the needs of individuals, families, and emerging demographics. This role blends sales leadership, digital transformation, and strategic relationship management.
Your Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute retail business strategies that meet revenue goals.

Open new markets by exploring customer trends and emerging opportunities.

Strengthen distribution through intermediaries, bancassurance, and digital tools.

Benchmark products against competitors to ensure AAR remains ahead.

Work closely with product development to create customer-centric solutions.

Lead training and engagement sessions to keep partners motivated.

Drive adoption of self-service and mobile distribution platforms.

Explore fintech and digital partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Professional certification (Diploma in Insurance, ACII, or equivalent).

Minimum of 5 years’ retail insurance sales/business development experience.

Strong grasp of digital distribution, automation, and customer trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
