This position is central to ensuring the Foundation’s financial strategies and operations are both effective and sustainable. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Program Finance, the role demands not only technical financial expertise but also leadership and the ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
Key areas of responsibility include:

Overseeing finance systems, compliance, and internal controls.

Partnering with operational teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Managing reporting, performance tracking, and strategic KPI analysis.

Leading risk management frameworks and providing insights on financial decision-making.

Building team capacity and fostering a culture of excellence.
Candidates should bring:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA highly desirable).

Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA.

At least 15 years of experience, with significant leadership exposure.

A track record of success in global or large-scale organizations.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
