Your Mission

  • Grow and manage a network of field sales agents across Kenya.

  • Deliver ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Expand JiJi’s presence in key markets, ensuring at least 15 active agents in major cities.

  • Drive innovation through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular trainings and performance reviews to nurture a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • A track record of successfully managing large commission-based sales teams.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and client acquisition.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfort with MS Office, Google Workspace, and sales performance tools.
