About the Role
As our HR Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our people and culture initiatives. You’ll handle the essentials of HR while also driving programs that bring our values of sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation to life.
Your role will include:

Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction.

Supporting employee relations, wellness, and engagement.

Organizing sustainability-focused learning and training programs.

Assisting with performance management and staff growth.

Maintaining HR records and compliance with labor laws.

Promoting diversity, inclusion, and a green workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in HR (background in sustainability, environment, or manufacturing is a plus).

Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) – an added advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Genuine passion for sustainability and employee well-being.
